We have three rooms available for meetings.
Our large conference center seats up to 50 Classroom or Theatre style. For groups, up to 38, we like to use Herringbone or Pods. We can also set up the room in U or boardroom shapes. The corporate rate is $220 full day, $110 half day, and $65 lunch time.
We have two smaller rooms that can accommodate up to 15 people and both rent for the same corporate rate. The board room is more formal with one large table and the mini conference room is a bit more flexible. The rates are $180 full day. $90 half day, and $55 lunch time.
We offer discounts to nonprofit organizations and they should contact us to discuss rates.
Our full day is 8:30am to 5:00pm, half day is either 8:30am to 11:30am or 1:30pm to 4:30pm, and lunch time is 11:30am to 1:00pm. All others times can be negotiated.
Payment is due the day of the rental.
