The Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts, directly across Buchanan Street from the Amarillo Civic Center, houses the beautiful 1,300 seat proscenium Carol Bush Emeny Performance Hall. Every aspect of the venue has been meticulously modeled after the natural features of Amarillo and the Texas panhandle. It's one-of-a-kind orchestra shell can be tuned to provide acoustical excellence, or it may be retracted into the upstage area to reveal a fully-equipped road house.

Other features of the venue include a sprung dance floor, hydraulic orchestra pit, complete fly system, a multitude of dressing rooms, a large green room, private shower rooms, a laundry facility, an education room and a breathtaking 3-level lobby that serves as a unique pre-function space.
