Gloria's menu consist of seafood, Mexican, Tex-Mex dishes, and Salvadoran food. The lightly spiced tamales are handmade, steamed in banana leaves and filled with chicken, potatoes, sweet pepper, and tomatoes. The Sopa Siete Mares, a broth-based soup, made with shrimp, scallops, halibut, perch, and vegetables, is full of flavor.
